PPL Electric Utilities has contracted with Katapult Engineering to conduct surveys of utility poles throughout Sinking Spring Borough as part of routine infrastructure assessment. Crews will be collecting photos and measurements of poles in various locations around town.

This work is scheduled to take place from August 24 through September 4, 2026.

Residents can expect to see Katapult Engineering field crews in their neighborhoods during this time. Crews will be easily identifiable: they wear high-visibility vests and hard hats, drive marked company vehicles, and carry business cards and company identification.

No action is required on the part of residents. This is routine work being conducted on behalf of PPL.
